Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AITOUR handles the personal data of people who visit aitour.academy and sign up to receive information about AITOUR Academy, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, LGPD).
1. Who is responsible for your data
AITOUR (aitour.ai) is the controller of the personal data collected on this page. For any matter related to privacy and data protection, including contacting our data protection officer, write to hello@aitour.ai.
2. What data we collect
Data you provide in the form:
- name, work email, company, country and WhatsApp number;
- role and the AI decision closest to your day-to-day work;
- the record of your consent to receive communications.
Data recorded with your submission: page language and address, date and time of submission and, when available, the campaign that brought you here (UTM parameters).
Browsing data, only if you accept analytics cookies: pages viewed, time on page, clicks, scrolling, device and browser type, approximate location (city or region) and traffic source. This data is collected by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Clarity may record session replays, with text typed into form fields masked.
If you decline cookies, Google Analytics only receives aggregated signals, without cookies and without an identifier for your browser, and Microsoft Clarity is not loaded.
3. How we use the data
- to let you know when pre-registration opens, about launch conditions and AITOUR Academy news;
- to allow our team to contact you, answer questions and handle your registration;
- to tailor the page and our communications to your role and challenges;
- to measure the performance of the page and campaigns and improve the experience, when you accept analytics cookies.
We do not sell personal data.
4. Legal bases
- Consent (LGPD art. 7, I): for sending communications and for analytics cookies;
- Steps prior to entering into a contract (art. 7, V): for contacting you about your registration, at your request.
You may withdraw your consent at any time, free of charge, through the channels in this policy.
5. Who we share data with
We use service providers that process data on our behalf, only for the purposes above:
- Hostinger: website hosting;
- Make: receiving and routing registrations;
- Google (Sheets and Analytics): organizing registrations and measuring audience;
- HubSpot: relationship and communications management;
- Microsoft (Clarity): page usage analysis.
We may also share data when required by law or by a competent authority.
6. International transfers
Some of these providers store data on servers outside Brazil, mainly in the United States and the European Union. In these cases, transfers follow LGPD art. 33, with providers that adopt contractual clauses and security measures consistent with Brazilian law.
7. How long we keep data
Form data is kept for as long as needed for the purposes in this policy or until you request deletion or withdraw consent, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Browsing data follows the retention periods configured in Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
When you arrive on the page, you choose whether to accept or decline analytics cookies. To change your choice, use the Cookie preferences link in the site footer or the button at the end of this page.

Analytics cookies are only set after you accept. You can also delete and block them in your browser settings.
9. Your rights
Under the LGPD, you may request at any time:
- confirmation that we process your data and access to it;
- correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in breach of the law;
- portability of your data to another provider;
- deletion of data processed on the basis of your consent;
- information about who we share your data with;
- information about the option not to consent and its consequences;
- withdrawal of consent.
To exercise these rights, write to hello@aitour.ai. You can also unsubscribe from communications using the link in each email. If you believe your request was not addressed, you may contact Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
10. Security
We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access restricted to people who need the data for their work.
11. Minors
AITOUR Academy is intended for adult executives and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from people under 18.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the page, our providers or the law. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page.
